The mould used single process forming technology

• It avoids the possible weak point of the joint part using other process forming tech, which is much more stronger.
• It makes sure evenly stressing on every part of track, so every pitch is 100% same as designed, no jumping pitches when snowblower is running.
• Providing more traction, fuel enocomy.
• Tracks are reinforced with kevlar fiber. Kevlar reinforced snowblower tracks are pre-stretched during the molding process. Only minor adjustments are required during break-in period.
